There’s this magical thing called waze that shows you the street and if it’s green, yellow, or red. That way you can avoid streets and start a new jam with all the other users directed to the same spot.

This seems useful in cities that are terrible at putting up signs letting you know lanes are closed ahead. You can know which lane to get in. Also what lanes to avoid where accidents are

Around 10 years ago. I had the Ambulance come to my house because one of my children needed medical help. At the time I lived around 5 minute drive from the hospital. It took the ambulance 20 minutes to get to me because of traffic. Had I not intervened, my child would have died.
For years afterwards, I tried to find solutions on how to clear traffic before an ambulance would even get to a particular junction or stop light etc. I came up with a deployable drone that is linked to the Ambulance GPS and can race ahead with lights and sounds to pre-warn traffic. At the time, I couldn’t find anyone that had developed this. I tried to speak with multiple drone manufacturers and nobody wanted to pick up on it.
